The Site is a pre-launch marketing page for the System26 travel jacket. It provides product information and lets you join a launch list to receive updates. The Site does not sell products directly. Any future purchase — including via a crowdfunding campaign such as Kickstarter — will be subject to the separate terms of the platform on which that purchase is made.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site or join our launch list. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3.Launch List & Communications

By submitting your email address, you consent to receive marketing and informational emails from System26 about the product launch, pricing, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

4.No Guarantee of Product or Pricing

System26 is in development. Any descriptions, specifications, features, images, timelines, and prices shown on the Site are preliminary and subject to change, and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute an offer to sell, a commitment to produce, or a guarantee of availability, delivery date, or price. Early-bird or promotional pricing referenced on the Site is indicative only and may change or be withdrawn.

5.Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the System26 name, logo, text, graphics, photographs, videos, and design — is owned by or licensed to System26 and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless System26 from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11.Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
